We exclusively sell products manufactured in Portugal. We do this for several reasons including:

  • Portugal has a long tradition and expertise in harvesting cork and producing cork items, so we know they are of the best quality possible;
  • We aim to be sustainable and support local businesses and people that have expertise on this and contribute to keeping this tradition alive with better work conditions for everyone involved.

We at Cork Yoga ship to one address per order. Therefore if you need your order to be sent to multiple addresses we ask you to separate the items of your order by shipping address. Shipping fees will apply to each order.

It is very simple. You should click on ‘My Account’ at the bottom of the page and then ‘Register’. Once you have filled some details about yourself you are done! You will receive a welcome email to confirm registration.

When you try to log in if you realize you lost your password you can simply restore a new one by clicking ‘Lost your password?’. We will send you an email with a link to restore your password.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping country and weight of your parcel.

No, you don’t have to open an account to place an order.  You can place your order, provide the details and check out as a guest. However, if you create an account it will be much easier to place orders in the future, as we will store your shipping address. We do not store your card/payment information.

As a company with a sustainable core and environment-friendly focus, we may reuse our packages as much as possible always guaranteeing safety for you and your items. So if you receive a package with different information displayed, please check inside as everything will be in place. Depending on your order and volumes, we can either send in card box package (always as possible) or PVC if we need to in last instance.

Our cork is harvested in Portugal only, for traditional and expertise reasons. It is extracted in a sustainable and environment-friendly way from our Oak cork trees.

If your order is taking longer than expected to clear customs, we will pass direct contact information to you as it is easier to deal with it locally.

Yes, our yoga blocks/yoga bricks are made with cork and our cork yoga mat is made with cork and natural rubber. Our products are 100% eco-friendly.

Cork Yoga accepts payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay, EPS, iDeal, Przelewy24 (P24) and if you are from Portugal, by “referência multibanco”.

All orders are charged at the point of sale. This means no matter the payment method you choose, the debit on your card or your PayPal will be complete as soon as you complete your order.

We accept the payment in euros, so it will automatically convert when you make your purchase depending on your currency.

If you have completed your purchase order we do not have a way to refund you the VAT. Please claim it back proceeding with your normal VAT return process.

No, we are not able to introduce a discount code on past purchases even if they have not been shipped yet and it is not possible to refund you the difference if you have completed your order or received your order.

If you are set in Portugal we are legally obliged to charge you VAT. If you leave outside Portugal and have a business and a EU Tax registration number, we can facilitate and remove VAT form your order. You will have to request this via email (hello@cork.yoga) before you complete your purchase. We are unable to apply your VAT number to dispatched order so please get in touch with us before anything else.

If you do not have a discount code yet or your discount code has expired, make sure you receive our newsletters and be aware of our possible seasonal offers at our page or through our social media channels. We do not accept responsibility in offering discounts regularly but we may do so.

Yes, we do offer bespoke services such as logo branding. We offer 4 different methods of logo imprint. Please contact our team to discuss the requirements and conditions.

All personalized items you may purchase are custom made to your needs and branding accordingly to your specifications. Therefore we are unable to accept exchanges once the order is in production and we cannot offer you a refund later.

If you register to be an affiliate for Cork Yoga you will receive 15% commission on Cork Yoga website sales coming from your affiliate link excluding VAT and shipping fees. The 15% applies on the final price of the items the customer paid (excluding VAT and shipping fees). This means if the customer purchases with discount, the 15% commission will be calculated on the discounted price and excluding VAT and shipping fees. You cannot use your own affiliate link to make purchases for yourself. Our affiliate link has a 90 days cookie duration for a customer to make a purchase in order for you to earn a commission.

You can return unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. See more about it on our Return Policy page.

Why you won’t accept my return?2020-04-07T17:27:29+00:00

Occasionally it may happen we reject your return. We will always disclose the reasons with direct contact with you given your specific case, but here are some of the most common reasons:

  • has gone past 14 days from date of purchase;
  • has been returned with damage packaging – we won’t accept returns with incomplete/damaged original package;
  • has been return without hygienic conditions – we are unable to accept returns that have indicators of being contaminated for health reasons of our team and our customers;
  • has indicators that the product was used;
  • it is a product not eligible for return (examples: wholesale, etc).
